Step-by-Step Booking Workflow

1. Fill guest information

   • Must match government ID exactly

   • You can use your own email/phone to receive confirmations

2. Enter loyalty membership number

   • Some rates require a loyalty number

   • Incorrect numbers may cause reservation failures (Important!)

3. Provide payment details

   • Guest’s card or agent’s card is accepted

   • TripO identifies card types supported by the hotel

4. Review cancellation policy/commissions

   • Mandatory before proceeding

   • Commissions are showing for reference only.

5. Submit booking
