TripO by FreeTravel — User Guide

TripO is FreeTravel’s advanced global hotel booking platform with direct connections to major hotel groups and wholesalers. It provides users with real-time availability, exclusive rates, and VIP amenities at over 500,000+ properties worldwide. This guide walks you through everything from account creation to completing your first booking.

Step 1 — Account Creation

Every FT Network IC/Agent must create three core accounts! 1. FT Network Email Account Your dedicated address: @agent.freetravel.me 2. TripO Account (Hotel Booking Platform) Unlocks all GDS-linked negotiated hotel rates 3. Travel Leaders Network (TLN) Account Provides access to air booking, cruise booking, education, and more!

First Step: Request Your FT Network Email

Step 1: Open the registration form ➡️ https://forms.gle/39crGgjoTvJyoy3VA (From PDF page 5) FT Network New IC Orientation 2… Step 2: Fill in your personal information Information needed typically includes: - Full legal name - Phone number - Current working/personal email - Current industry affiliation (if any) Step 3: Submit the form The FT Network onboarding team will create your: - @agent.freetravel.me email - Internal records - Access permissions You will receive login credentials within 1–3 business days.

Second Step: Create Your TripO Account

Step 1: Go to TripO registration ➡️ https://b2b.tripo.cc/auth?action=signup Step 2: Choose the correct account type Select "Agents" when signing up. Step 3: Use your FT Network email Your TripO account must use your new @agent.freetravel.me email to access agent-only negotiated rates. Step 4: Verify email → Log in → Explore rates TripO agents gain access to three proprietary rate categories: PREMIER: 1,600+ luxury hotelsUpgrades, breakfast, $100 credit, VIP perks SELECT: 800+ business/boutique hotelsBreakfast, upgrades, welcome amenity CHOICE: Global hotels,Better-than-BAR, GDS promotions

Final Step: Create Your TL Network Account

Step 1: Open the registration link ➡️ https://agentprofiler.travelleaders.com/registration.aspx?asi=1257299 Step 2: Register with your FT Network email Use @agent.freetravel.me, create a strong password. Step 3: Enter personal info Select your correct role: - Independent Contractor → Choose this option - Then click "Register as an Independent Contractor" - Travel Agent → For our own home agents ONLY. Step 4: Complete remaining required fields Profile details may include: - Phone number - Address - Travel specialty categories - Professional bio Step 5: Wait for FT Network approval Processing time: Up to 48 hours Once approved, you gain access to: - SNAP (Air booking system, Sabre-based) - Cruise Complete (Cruise reservation tool) - Agent Universe (Education and marketing tools)
